Return Policy
At Blueme, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 20 days after receiving the merchandise to request a return.
You may return your item when it is presented with established proof of purchase and the item is in new, unused, undamaged, unaltered and unwashed condition and with all tags attached including hang tags, protective labels, and original packaging. Exceptions apply (see below for more details). Items that are used, altered, washed or damaged or do not have proof of purchase from bluemefragrance.com may be denied a refund or exchange.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you want to make an exchange, please initiate your return first and then make a new purchase.
To ensure your item is covered by our free return policy, returns must be mailed out within 10 days after receipt of a return shipping label.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace, or credit the items in the following categories:
- Candles, diffusers, fragrance, and perfume
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, we may restrict or refuse future transactions for customers who demonstrate unreasonable return patterns.

Return Shipment Payment
- Responsible party to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

You will need your Order # and the email that you used to make the order.
