At Blueme, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality home fragrance products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

30-Day Return Policy: 

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Blueme purchase. If for any reason you’re not, Blueme offers a refund on unopened and unused, full-priced items within 30 days of your purchase date.

If your order arrives damaged, please email blueme@theblueme.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage. All inquiries must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note: Once the product is removed from its original protective packaging, Blueme cannot be responsible for any further damage caused by improper handling.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at blueme@theblueme.com to request a refund. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.

  2. If your refund request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to return the item.

  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.

  4. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and processed, we will process your refund. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days. (deposit time may vary by your banking institution)
