At Blueme, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality home fragrance products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your satisfaction. At this time, exchanges will treated like a return.
30-Day Return Policy: We accept returns of unused products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at customerservice@theblueme.com to request a refund. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.

If your refund request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to return the item.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging.

Attach the prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Return Shipping Fee: A standard return shipping fee of $9.00 will be deducted from your original payment method to cover return shipping costs. This fee will be waived only if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refund Process: Once your return is received and processed, we will process your refund. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days. (deposit time may vary by your banking institution)
