I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription with Blueme Fragrance for weeks now, and no one has contacted me back. I’ve emailed them countless times with zero response. There is no clear option on their website to cancel a subscription, which feels intentionally misleading.
Meanwhile, they’ve continued to charge me non-stop. I finally had to file a dispute with my bank and open a case, just to stop the charges—because I’ve made every effort to reach out and resolve this directly with the company.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. A subscription-based business should always offer a simple, transparent way to cancel. I strongly urge others to be cautious before signing up.
